The packaging unit is indicated in the shopping basket. The price applies to the respective quantity.

If you would like to order an item but cannot enter a quantity and the icon with the shopping basket does not appear, this means that the item is not available at the moment and therefore cannot be ordered. In an urgent case, please enquire by e-mail or telephone when the item will be available again.

No, there is no minimum order quantity. However, please note that even for small orders and for small order amounts, the full shipping costs must be charged.

You can pay most conveniently with VISA and MasterCard credit cards or with the PostFinance Card and TWINT.

TEST-internal jobs are carried out against invoice or charged internally.

As a rule, the delivery times according to the GTC apply.

The shipping, packaging and administration costs are as follows:

Small parcels up to 2 kg: CHF 5.00, per maxi-letter/small parcel (dispatch by A-Post).
Parcels up to 30 kg: CHF 8.90 per parcel (dispatch by A-Post)

Yes. International shipments are sent with FedEx. Shipments up to 67 kg are possible, for larger shipments please contact us. The calculated shipping costs can be seen directly in the order process. The delivery time is approx. 2-4 working days.

Please also note that any customs duties or VAT on import are not included in the price and must be paid by the recipient.
